About me

I transitioned into psychotherapy in middle age following a successful corporate career dappled by periods of significant adversity. My personal journey to fulfil my purpose drives my passion to help others do the same.

As a therapist, executive coach and facilitator I combine the experience and insights gained as an accomplished executive working in Australia, Asia and Europe with evidence-based therapeutic approaches to work insightfully and effectively with individuals, couples and groups to bring about positive change.

My research interests are in corporate burnout, stress, workplace wellbeing and performance. Aside from my private practice, I am a lecturer at a number of universities and an accredited clinical supervisor of other therapists. I also consult to companies looking to improve the wellbeing and engagement of their people.
